Presentation
Spacious 40-square-meter studio apartment that can accommodate 2 adults and 2 children (or 3 adults). It includes a kitchenette, private bathroom, and toilet. Ideally located opposite the canal and the Vélo Francette cycle path. You can park your car and bicycles in our garage. We are a few minutes' walk from restaurants, the historic Vaugueux district, and the city center.
We would be delighted to welcome you and share our love for the city of Caen. We are located at the foot of the Abbaye aux Dames (Ladies' Abbey), which you can admire from your room. You can follow in the footsteps of William the Conqueror by visiting the castle and the Abbaye aux Hommes (Men's Abbey). You can discover local cuisine at the port market on Sunday mornings. There is direct access to the sea via the cycle path that passes in front of our house. A breakfast tailored to your taste buds will be offered. I will be pleased to let you taste my homemade jams. We look forward to welcoming you!
Our house is located on William the Conqueror's route, between the Abbaye aux Dames and the castle. You can enjoy a wide selection of restaurants just a few streets away in the historic Vaugueux district. The cycle path leading to the sea passes right by our house.
